Orders are sent USPS mail, 1st class or Priority depending on the weight of the package.
Jewelry orders in the United States are sent insured. International shipments are not insured.
Orders are processed in 1 - 4 business days. Processing time means the time I have to make and package your order. Most pieces are ready to ship but some may be made to order and those will take a bit more time. Made to Order items will state the processing time in the listing.
Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages USPS states as "delivered" and customer states as not delivered. There is no refund from USPS.
We are not responsible for lost packages; please double check your shipping address before order confirmation. There is no refund from USPS for a lost package.
If your delivery address is known to be not safe and you are shipping with USPS ask us about a signature on delivery option.
International Shipping is sent USPS Airmail. Shipping times vary due to a variety of factors beyond my control. Sometimes it only takes a week, sometimes over a month. Additional duties, taxes, charges from customs as well as any item(s) removed by customs is your responsibility. Each year customs laws and rules change . Different forms are required for us to fill out when they make any changes and we do our best to keep up with the changes to the international shipping rules and laws. It is your responsibility to be aware of item(s) which will be charged duty, the money total limit for charges and if the item(s) are allowed into your country.
We are unable to track, retrieve or refund First Class International Packages. If you select this method, please note:
There is sometimes no proof of shipment leaving our warehouse, state or country.
There may be no proof of delivery
Package can sit in customs for up to 6 weeks
May take 2 months or more to reach you.
Sometimes these packages are never delivered.

Undeliverable, Unclaimed, Refused and Lost Packages.
If your order is returned to us because UPS or USPS is unable to deliver the package due to incorrect address; you are not available for delivery; refusal of package or unclaimed package:
You may have the package reshipped. You will need to pay reshipping charges plus any UPS or USPS fees for the return back to us.
You may cancel the order for a refund of items minus shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee plus any UPS or USPS fees for the return back to us will be applied.
For International Orders Returned/Refused: There is no refund, as we are unable to obtain them.
Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost packages; please double check your shipping address before order confirmation. There is no refund from USPS for a lost package.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns of unworn/unused full price items. Just contact us within three ( 3 )days of delivery for return authorization and return shipping instructions.
Items must be returned to me within 7 days in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Return Ship Costs
Shipping costs are non refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
